Dealing with an emergency

Your pet must be transported to us as quickly as possible.

• Pets may behave unpredictably when in pain. Be cautious when handling them. Wrap the pet in a blanket for transport if necessary.
• Do not feed the pet.
• If you suspect poisoning, try to bring the offending package with.
• If the pet is bleeding, apply pressure to the area with a clean towel or bandage.

Surcharges out of consulting hours

A surcharge is levied after 19:00 on weekdays.

Consultation hours on Saturday: 09:00 to 12:00 (Normal rates)

Consultation hours on Sunday and Public Holidays: 17:00 to 18:00 (a weekend/public holiday surcharge applies)

Out of hours tariffs apply outside of these hours.
